Food was cold & aged. Disappointing. Soda was flat. Over priced for poor meal. Not the first time, so...Bummer.

Ice cream machine went down when we visited. The crew tried there best to get us our cones however the machine won this round.
My husband ordered through the app. Asked when he pulled up to the speaker for well done fries since you cant request it through... the app. Gets home, the fries are VERY undercooked, extremely soggy, and over round just no attempt made. Hardly ever get adecent order here, let alone any Mount Vernon McDonald's. Absolutely pathetic. Read more

By far the worse McDonald's I have ever been to. No matter what you order they will mess it up or plan out forget your fries.... Spend the extra time to drive across town to one of the others. Read more
