Try your luck at another location of you want decent food. The only part of my order that was really edible or appealing was the... prepackaged chips. My "melt" wasnt hot nor was the cheese actually fully melted. To top it off it was shoved in a paper bagsideways and falling apart. Severely disappointed Read more
They completely messed up my order placed through door dash. I ordered a footlong steak sub, a 6in chicken bacon ranch, a cookie... and two drinks. What I got was a footlong sub with only lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and mayo and a six inch steak and cheese. Nocookie, nor my drinks arrived. After I called back in and let them know the errors it was ultimately fixed but my subs werestill cold the second time around. I would not order from subway through door dash, it would be easier to go yourself toguarantee its made correctly right in front of you. How hard is it to make a sub when the sub was ordered online and it was marked as TOASTED for both of the subs on the order? One... sub was made the way it was supposed to be as in it was TOASTED and the cheese was melted. I opened up my sub and low and beholdmy bread was not crispy like it should have been and my cheese was not melted. Its pretty bad when you have to warm your own subup in the microwave because someone could not pay attention to a sub being TOASTED and my cheese melted. I am not sorry forbeing weird and I like my cheese being melted when I have it on a sandwich. This location was already my least favorite place togo to and from now on I will make sure that any food I order from subway with be at one of the other locations. My sandwich was good, as usual. This trip I came in 10 minutes till noon, with two people on staff. The older lady was still... doing prep, baking and rising bread, filling the prep station and constantly getting in the way of the lady actually servingcustomers. She also was supposed to be doing the first stage of the sandwich making, and she was doing that poorly. The prep shewas doing should have been done at slack times, not lunch rush. My 30 minutes for lunch got consumed by almost 20 minutes ofsandwich making. Read more
Absolutely horrible. Ordered online and pick-up. Got a Ham sub? opened it an it was all the ingredients BUT NO HAM?? honestly... how? I?m curious on how this happens?. Salad was poorly thrown together in a bowl with no dressing. Never ordering from thissubway again . Read more
