Asked for a beef burrito and they said they don't have one, they only have burritos with all fixens. So ordered with no lettuce,... low and behold it was full of lettuce even though wrapper had no lettuce written on it. I start looking at wrapper and it haspreprinted beef burrito. What the heck! Won't go to this taco bell again unless they hire some competent people. Read more

Didn't have food as ordered on app, took my rewards, charged my credit card, they asked us to pull up to the window, we did,... they didn't have shells delivered, the machine that grills things was broken. Got home & I received a pop, an empty shell, andsomething smooshy with refried beans that I said NO beans on app & in person. Looked at my receipt & it showed I received what Iordered & charged to my card. I called them, my card, them again. Still dealing with them since Aug. 26th. NOT the money it'sthe point. Quit lying, take it off my bill, give me my rewards back & help these kids working so hard & having to deal with TacoBell's problems. Read more

I went thru drive thru Friday around 11:30 am , I changed my chulupa and soft taco back to beef instead of chicken , price never... changed from upcharge of chicken, questioned young man at window he was polite, however the dark haired lady had an attitude, My soft taco supremes meat was replaced with potatoes , my chulupa supreme was a soft taco filled with beans an what looked likerice and lettuce. Dark haired lady was laughing with person preparing my food. I got home to find my order as stated , I wentback and the dark haired lady was outside with the lady who just got off smoking. I went in complaining obviously the rude darkhaired lady came in asked for My reciept then asked lady filling orders to redo my order, I of course had to wait until shewas finished with the orders she already had . I am very sure this was all intentional!! I was trying to grab lunch after workand before an appointment I had , not much time left for that. She got an attitude when I didn't want the food that was madewrong and wouldn't give My reciept back. The quality of work ethic is horrible if she truly is the manager, your leader you'vedefinitely made the wrong choice. I definitely will not trust what they would do to food ordered if you make a change . I wasnot a crumpy customer until I was treated this way. I don't have to spend my money at an establishment who plainly does not careabout the food they put out , does not care about the customer and obviously has no pride in the work they do . Read more

Drive thru employees were great and the family 12 pack was absolutely delicious I got the deluxe burritos and tacos everyone... loved them it was all grandkids. Read more

I waited in line for 30 minutes just to get the wrong food. I got soft shell tacos instead of hard that were open and spilled... all over the bag, no hard taco shell in the CRUCHwrap, and no sauce after specifically asking for some. overall verydisappointed Read more

The manager at night at the Newark road taco bell ran to lock the doors at 8:03pm inside was filled with customers we were just... there for a pick up order that we could see on the counter?i asked can we just get our food real quick it?s paid for we justneed to grab it -she replies ?we closed 5 mins ago? and locked the door made us sit in the line which was 6 cars deep.
