Sat in drive through for 5 minutes and they didn?t say anything even after we tried talking to them, then I went inside just for... them to tell me drive through only. This location is god awful I recommend you just skip these guys and drive across town to theother Wendy?s if you want service. Read more
I ordered about $45 worth of food on the app and that turned out to be a great experience. In all the piles of food I found out... that they had not included a large fry in the mix. I wasn??t going to drive 16 miles to get an order of fries so i calledcorporate just to see what they could do. I waited on hold for 15 minutes waiting for a human being so then I decided to juste-mail customer service. I did this twice and have never heard back (I visited the store 3 weeks ago). The food is standard fastfood for the most part, but the customer service is lacking and evidently doesn?t want to be bothered if something is wrong or you have a comment. This is not Dave Thomas? Tuesday at lunchtime i had a very good experience with three servers at the drive through. The gal taking the order on the... microphone was very competent and friendly taking my special order. Then the cashier was also pleasant. Next the gal handingout my order was friendly and made my day with her kind attitude and genuine smile. To management, good staffing choices. Read more
I've had really good experiences here. Haven't got a messed up order yet. Using only the drive through this makes them awesome!
