I paid for items that where not in the bag when I got home. The staff to busy talking instead of paying to the details. They... forgot the extra cup of gravy. The grilled chicken salad fails badly compared to Whataburger and Chick-fil-A. Might be cheaperto drive to Mt. Pleasant or Sulpher Springs. Not rude tonight but they where several days ago. Read more
The last 2 times I've been there recently have been so stressful. I ordered a kids meal with a burger. I explained to her I... wanted it dry with just the patty, as in no lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions or condiments. I've ordered the same way for mychild at many restaurants before and NEVER had an issue. It's self explanatory. But the girl at the window decided to be "funny"and incompetent and literally gave me a SINGLE PATTY in a box! My husband had to stop me from going in there causing a sceneover fast food but my God really?! Then the next time we went it was just for ice cream, simple right? NO. I ordered 2 SINGLEDIP vanilla ice creams in a CUP. Again, I have ordered this at other ice cream places like Braums and had no issue! It's selfexplanatory! The girl at the window showed her incompetence by not understanding what I meant ???? I was over it. She gave me 2sundaes ???? Management needs to really explain to these teens that some people do have kids and their orders matter too! Theirrude tone when you order should be the first red flag. The last several times I have eaten here they have overcharged me(still haven't got my refund back to my account) ,gotten my... order wrong,forgot to bring the complete order out(had to go ask for the rest of it),couldn't count the correct change and beenignored at the register when they have obviously seen me standing there. All they have is a bunch of kids working there thatdon't know what they are doing. If you go here to eat,expect to have some kind of problem with the order or service. This is the best Dairy Queen. Hamburgers, fries and baskets cooked to order. Might take a little longer but it's fresh! Only... thing I wish they would improve, chicken and dumplings, they add too much water. Read more
Drive-thru service was decent. Surprised they don?t have pup-cups. Come on guys! I still order a children?s cup for my pug and a... plain burger for myself. Although I added my own cheese lol. The young girl how passed my order was nice. I liked her, sheshould be at the window. Read more

Quite possibly the best DQ I've ever had, coming from a native Texan. My husband has resigned himself to warm fries, at best,... anymore. His fries were hot and fresh right out of the fryer. Burger was hot, flavorful and fresh cooked. I'm a Dude loyalist.This one was everything it was meant to be.
