This has to be the worst Burger King in the country. They make about 50% of the customers at the drive through park and wat. On... top of that they have made a mistake the last three tines I've come to this location. The staff is complacent and very sloppy. The grounds and the store look like it is condemned. I just ordered two chicken sandwich meals and it came to $30.00. Come on,you guys can do better. Read more
I walked up to the counter and waited for a while. All of the employees were in the office hanging out. When a a young lady... finally came to the counter she was so bothered that I was there to pick up an order :/ The customer service was terrible. Sat in drive thru line for over 28 minutes. Then kept getting interrupted while ordering. Couldn't get my whole order out. Then... sat at the window waiting to be helped. 2 girls wondering around and nobody to take my money . Drove off and went across thestreet to Dairy Queen which is my advice to anybody. Worst place to eat in mtvernon. If I could, I would give it zero stars. They refuse to give me my sandwich my way! CRISPY... bacon, egg and cheese croissant breakfast sandwich. Manager actually told me it would a be a liability if I chipped my tooth onmy bacon. The bacon was not cooked well the fat looked raw and it was limp. I guess the food poisoning from almost raw baconwouldn't be a liability. But I was also told I could have sausage or ham instead of what I ordered. I got my money back. Irefuse to eat bacon that is not cooked well. I dont believe it was even cooked to temp. I wont go back again. There are farbetter places to eat at! Read more
This is by far the slowest Burger King Iv been too. Absolutely horrible. Literally waited in line for 26 minutes. My order... should have been free at that point. Horrible customer service. I will not be coming to this location again. Read more
*If you value your time...don't bother* I understand short staffing, but this is ridiculous. I got to the BK drive-thru at... exactly 1pm. It was busy, as expected. It took 28 min to reach the order area. (As the line was getting longer and longer, therewas no escaping.) To make it more fun, whomever was on the mic had zero clue as to how it works so we all got to listen towhomever it was not only take orders inside, she was also screaming at kitchen staff the entire time. In that time ZERO effortwas made to place signs alerting customers outside they dont have 1/2 their menu currently. When I reached the almightyspeaker, it took an additional 10 min before anyone came over the speaker to address me...Once I was finally "helped" (a newvoice this time), I was told (very snottily) that literally everything I wanted was unavailable (all forms of chicken sandwich)because, and I quote: "the manager never made them today." (They weren't even out, they just didn't makethem!??????????????)...I chose to pull thru without ordering anything which was infuriating as it was a giant waste of gas andtime, and I wasn't about to order food I don't want just because I'm annoyed and feel pressured. This burger king was a huge disappointment. I ordered a whopper well done. The cook put it in the microwave with the bunn the... lettuce the tomato which I asked for them not to add on the ketchup mustard onion and pickles then proceeded to hand it over tothe cashier at the window as I am overheating the conversation the cashier is arguing with the cook about placing the burger inthe microwave stating that he said to cook the meat not the whole burger. I asked for my money back due to the entire burgerbeing over cooked bunn was hard as a rock and the toppings were completely welp to the point where the lettuce tomato and onionwere dried out in parts of the burger. It was nasty unpleasant and disgusting. I asked for my $6.79 back and was told by Felizhe?d give me my refund. Showed up to receive my refund and a guy appeared as the manger with his shirt unbuttoned chest hairsout pimples everywhere and told me feliz didn?t rely the message back to him therefore he?s refusing the refund and offered tomake another burger. Why would I want another nasty disgusting burger made by the same cook who appeared to be sweaty and highoff some substance? This burger king is a complete embarrassment. Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes. People in front of us made their order, went up to the window, paid, received their... entire large order, and drove off while we were still waiting at the intercom just to order!!! All the while the speaker waspopping off and on, hurting my hearing impaired husband's ears. After the car in front of us was gone, they decided to take ourorder. No previous statement of "I'll be right with you" or anything like that. We drove right through and will never go thereagain. They don't deserve our business or any of our friends and family. Went over to another place and were in and out in 5minutes! There needs to be some sort of punishment for their super poor service! This is not okay! Read more
