Our server (Grace) was completely rude to us.. didn't check on us at all.. snapped at us when we asked for anything and argued... with me when i said i only wanted one pancake of the 3 my meal came with as ive had bypass surgery and cant eat much. I talkedto the manager about my concerns and all he said was "I'll talk to her". Won't be going back. Worst service I've everexperienced in a restaurant. Read more
When we arrived, one one came to the door. We actually greeted the staff and then they acknowledged us. The host sat us down,... got us a beverage then the server came and asked us if we were ready to order. We ordered and she brought cold food out, walkedaway and brought us our check seconds later and said she was going on break and that Justin would be looking over us. Justin didgreet us from across the restaurant. We did not hear one server check on any of the tables during our experience. The hostbrought us waters in the beginning while we were looking at the menu. Now if the server came up to take our order and asked usif we wanted anything other than water I would have got a coffee. But if didn?t seem like anyone in that placed cared much. Ifelt like I was eating in a school cafeteria. Won?t be back until they can stop chatting up a storm with their co workers andclean the bathrooms, those are absolutely disgusting and guests should have a clean place to wash hands before eating. Wish I could give you a Zero .Absolutely disgusting!!!!! I eat at this place all the time .Decided to get delivery service from... Doordash .My ordered arrived open the portion I received anyways and half gone .Guess the driver was hungry. I called the storemanager verified my salads and sides were at the store .But no help for me .Neither company made it right .I feel betrayed by aplace I have turned to for decades for comfort food .I would have expected better service. Do not get a booth. The back rest of it is very flimsy and if there is someone on the opposite side of the booth, right be hind... you, you will feel anything they do. Cough, lean back into you or otherwise. It feels like you are basically leaning against astranger. I didn't say anything to my waitress, nor did I get mad at anyone because I'm sure it's no one's direct fault. Gettinganyone to fix or replace stuff like that is like pulling teeth. I may bring it up next time I'm in. The service is good, and Ilove the food. Tho it's a bit pricey for what it is. 3 stars is deserving. Read more
I hate to give this kind of review because it will hurt feelings. Our service was amazing. The only problem was the fact that... our server was not up sanitary standards. Uniform caked with gunk and black gross nails... the manager was walking around andbarely helping the over sat server. ???? Good food, with gluten sensitive options. I like doing the Gluten-Friendly pancakes with loganberries. Their service is great, ... but their recording states they're open earlier than they are which is frustrating (the hours on Google are correct). And theirwebsite does not allow me to log in, luckily they still honored my free birthday pancakes (gluten friendly to boot) Read more
IHOP is always top notch, food was very yummy, we went in for my Sister's birthday. Our waiter Travis couldn't be more... attentive, hot food, hot coffee, excellent service. The place was packed with Veterans weekend customers. Everyone was sohelpful. Read more
