Had a nice coffee and delicious hot chocolate at this renowned, local bakery. Also indulged in their famous cinnamon rolls and a... cinnamon apple scone. Pastries were good. Drinks were excellent. Atmosphere is casual and welcoming. Read more
High quality scones and baked treats, espresso all at a fair price. The place was very clean. Baristas were very nice. I got the... breakfast panini and a coffee. Iced coffee and scone for my wife. We were very happy. Good place to study or get some paperworkdone which is what we did. Read more
Best espresso coffee I've had in Mount Vernon in 10 years! This place is top notch 5 stars for cleanliness, kindness, and... creativity! Cookies, Smoothies and like I said espresso all which are to die for! I'm just upset I didn't discover this placesooner. It's definitely the place to take the kids for breakfast on the weekend & Grandma or Auntie when they're visiting fromout of town! Yummy I'll be back for sure! My new favorite spot. Read more
The baked goods looked tasty, but we didn't try them (dietary restrictions). The blended coffee drinks my teens had were fine.... Service was cheerful and polite. Atmosphere was sort of "country homey", with signs with cheerful sayings on them. Plenty ofseating and table space. The breve latte tasted like ashy burned beans were used, and the foam had giant bubbles in it - notvelvety, rich foam at all. I gave it to my husband, who described the taste as "chemical-y" and threw it out - and he eats /drinks almost anything. I'm reviewing this place mostly so I don't forget and go there again by mistake. If you are onlygetting cold drinks and baked goods, this place is likely fine. Skip the hot drinks. Read more
This place is a tiny cute cafe. The servers are friendly. Sandwiches and pastries are amazing. I had "jalapeños business"... sandwiches, a little spicy and tasty. There are "a day old" baskets, 3 for $5 Read more
Delicious scones and mocha! If you're in Mt Vernon, this is an excellent place to stop for coffee and a scone. Their scones are... moist but not too cakey and the mocha has the perfect balance of chocolate to espresso and milk. If you want a savorybreakfast.. or lunch for that matter, their breakfast burritos and paninis look good too. Read more
