I had not been to a KFC in many years. The craving hit and we went in for what we thought were two fairly simple orders. The... person taking our order really struggled to understand what we wanted and which side dishes we wanted. Everyone got totallyconfused about what was supposed to be included with each meal, what sides we wanted substituted and what was added. Finally asecond employee came to offer assistance and we thought all was sorted out. Furthermore, their receipt printer was out of paperso we had no verification or proof of what they actually had on our order. When the bags came there were errors. To resolvethis it seemed they shuffled items with other orders being filled. We crossed our fingers, took our bags and left. In the carwe realized the order was still wrong but we had no receipt to prove what was ordered so we just left deciding that random mealswere better than no meals at all. On the positive side; this all started with a random craving for KFC and we successfully gota random order of KFC items. The best part was finding the cookie in the bottom of the bag. I've had intense cravings for KFC recently and have gone 3 times in about a week. Each time I pull up in the drive through, the... person assisting is above and beyond friendly, helpful, And has a great sense of humor. I've never had such consistentlyawesome service at a fast food joint. Props to this KFC for having such an awesome culture!!! Read more
Ordered a shake and it tasted like cleaner burped up cleaner for 6 hours after. No I didn't drink it all only 2 sips and I threw... it out. Live to far to travel back, but when you travel so far because that's what you wanted. Then you are left indisappointment when you try to enjoy the treat. Not been to a Kentucky fried chicken for some time. But rather surprised to see the meals seem better than I recall. Just got a... bucket of chicken and sides. Very good crispy chicken and the sides were perfect. In a $10 bucket you get plenty to eat and itreally is enough for two meals. Read more
