Reliable local spot for a hearty steak meal. No thrills, but good food. Service is friendly and usually little to no wait. The... bar is a great spot to grab a drink and chill. Definitely has an old “Black Angus” vibe from all of the wood and tallbooths. This was our first visit, post Covid. The menu seems to have shrunk a little. Fabulous steaks and excellent service. An accident caused a power outage just after our food arrived. It was impressive to see... the staff scramble to ensure each table had a candle to see to finish the meals while they were hot. This used to be one of my favorite places to go, but there is a reason why there is no longer a wait to get in. The steaks were... tough, and over cooked. The waitress said she could give me more vegetables since I didn’t want potatoes which was the exactsame number of asparagus as my wife got with potatoes, then she looked at me like I was stupid when I asked if my plate hadextra vegetables.
