I tried this restaurant for the first time on my birthday and the waitress was not friendly since the beginning she did not... bring us glass of water to our table at first I dirent mind .since I wanted to enjoy my b-day so we all ordered our food butwhen I asked to get a small regular qesadilla for my 6 yr old it was fine but the waitress said my 10yr old could not get asmall chicken qesadilla ???? she had to get the big combo qesadilla .And obcourse I asked so what age does she have to be?shetold me in a rude tone she cannot get a small kid qesadilla .and also my older teen daughter had to order a big bowl of pozolebecause their is no small bowls .after waiting like more than 40 mnts we got our drinks and the rumchata was good but way tosmall for what we paid for and we asked the waitress how mutch was the drink and she said I don't know ???????lol ! So overallidknow if I would come back honestly the food was mid not all that good I ordered chile rellenos and they were not that greatand the rest of the food we ordered was so so not worth the 178 dls I paid for my family to go in and eat I don't know thewaitress name but she was light skined and had color eyes and a scar in her chest so if you get her as a waitress I suggest pickanother waitress. This place has a wonderful set up on the front of LA Quinta. The staff are very warm and loving. The menu is chock full of your... typical Mexican cuisine here in the US but also full of some more authentic recipes. I love the happy hour prices on the combosand the chicken and shredded beef is fantastic. Definitely stop here for music, pool, and great food. Read more

First time my family and I have eaten here. Staff was friendly, everything was packaged up exceptionally well for the trip... home. We ordered cheese and chicken enchiladas with rice and beans. Opening the dish was like stepping into the restaurantagain, it smelled just as delicious as it tasted. I always enjoy ordering salsas from different restaurants and Moreno?s salsais delicious! A little spicy but I enjoy the heat. Only complaint was the large salsa costs around the same as anentree. Overall it was nice experience and I will definitely be returning. Read more

It's very rare to find amazing customer service, great authentic mexican food, HUGE drinks and delicious salsa...but Moreno's... does it all! Hands down, the best Mexican restaurant in Skagit County.
