Ordered 4 medium pizzas online. One was just cheese and when I went to pick up I wanted olives for the cheese pizza. Manager... Mason said he would charge me $1.99 for olives. I said are you kidding. I called and ordered a pizza with white sauce. Person said it wouldn?t be a problem over the phone for their special the New... Yorker. Went in, red sauce. They didn?t hand me the pizza till after I paid. Asked them about it and they refused to make itright. I would not have ordered the pizza if I had known I had to use red sauce. Called and complained to the manager. Themanager refused to refund me the tip I paid for. Asked to speak to the owner, they refused to help. I will file a BBB complaint.They should have just refunded me the pizza and they could have had it back. In response to your response. I contacted you andgave you all the information you needed.
