Ordered 4 medium pizzas online. One was just cheese and when I went to pick up I wanted olives for the cheese pizza. Manager... Mason said he would charge me $1.99 for olives. I said are you kidding. I called and ordered a pizza with white sauce. Person said it wouldn?t be a problem over the phone for their special the New... Yorker. Went in, red sauce. They didn?t hand me the pizza till after I paid. Asked them about it and they refused to make itright. I would not have ordered the pizza if I had known I had to use red sauce. Called and complained to the manager. Themanager refused to refund me the tip I paid for. Asked to speak to the owner, they refused to help. I will file a BBB complaint.They should have just refunded me the pizza and they could have had it back. In response to your response. I contacted you andgave you all the information you needed. Why name a pizza "chicken bacon ranch" and then smother it in tomatoes? That's a BCT, bacon chicken tomato! You have improperly... named this pizza! The food was great. It is exactly what I ordered, and since I bake it myself with their simple to understand instructions, ... it's always perfect. I give 3 stars because the value doesn't feel good to me. I spent 30.44 on 2 pizzas. 1 with sausage and1 cheese. For that cost, I can have a competitor deliver 2 cooked pies to my door. Like I said, the pizza was great, but therewas a time when you couldn't get a better pizza deal, and it made sense, since they don't have any of the costs associated withhaving, maintaining, and operating ovens - or delivering, and insurance costs associated with that.
