Never have I had worst service. I have eaten here several times when visiting in the Fern Creek area and enjoyed my dining... experience. Not today. I entered the restaurant and went to place my order at the counter. Upon placing my order the girl ask ifthat was carry out. I said no, I wanted to dine in. She said that wouldn?t be possible. Looking around I could see several cleanempty tables. The girl had to call a manager to know what to do. He said the waitress were to busy. Finally he took me to atable. While sitting there there were at least 12 other people who were seated at tables. When my food was brought to me it wasin a carry out container. I had to ask for silverware to eat with. Was never asked if I needed anything like a refill or napkinsnot even if I enjoyed my meal. Needless to say I doubt I will go back here again. Left no tip for there was no one to tip. Theydidn?t even bring my bill but I did go back to the counter and pay for the meal. Oh by the way I had to give this place one starto be able to make this post. I take that back. Read more
We have visited this store many times. Each visit the food is fresh and tasty. We enjoy the "Hometown Special" pizza as it has... all the great toppings on it. They also have sandwiches and pastas available if you are not in the mood for pizza. We willdefinitely be back. Read more
Love this Hometown Pizza. I have rarely had a less than stellar experience at this location. With that being said, today a young... lady waited on me as I had lunch alone, upon asking for my bill she said it was taken care of. She was so very sweet. I didn'thave cash on hand to tip, so I came back in order to tip her. Job well done! Read more
For a chain restaurant, Hometown Pizza has some of the best pizza around. They truly do. When I got there with my date, the... building was packed full of people. I waited 10 mins and got an open table. The service was great and the staff made sure thatmy date and I were taken care of. The pizza was hot and delicious. At the end of the night they gave us a box for the food togo. I highly recommend this place. Read more
Great place to get food for my family, including my picky 2 year old! We got a kids 1 topping with tomatoes (he loves their... tomatoes) and a small cheese pizza with a regular lasagna! We got their dessert pizza (seasonal fruit being blueberries) and wecould not get enough, will definitely be coming back for more very soon! Read more
