Never ready! Went to get 2 pizzas (not specialty) and they told us was going to take 20 minutes. He ended up waiting 45 before... having walk in to remind them he was still waiting. They acted like they had no idea he was even there. This place is awful. Read more
This place has gotten so bad over time. Staffed by teenagers who seemingly would rather argue amongst themselves than actually... work. Waited for 30 minutes in the parking lot, then went inside and they tried to give me the wrong order even though I showedmy receipt. Watched one of the staff throwing bags of crazy bread at the wall while preparing an order. This place sucks. Notcoming back. Read more
Ordered online for pickup. Went through the drive through. 3 cars ahead of me took only 7 minutes to get to the window. Got... the food fast and it was still hot when I got it home. Read more
One of the best Little Caesars I've been to. Go there most Friday evenings and all the staff there are chill and quick to get... orders out even when it's obvious they're very busy. Never had any problems or messed up orders since regularly ordering at thistime from this group of workers, which means a lot considering a lot of other nearby restaurants always seem to find a way toscrew up my food. If this were an overall review of this Little Caesars, it'd be more like a 3 since I have had quite a fewproblems from here in the past, but ever since finding the right time and hard working employees to order from, this has been mygo to place for pizza and sauce. Terrible service and quality. I understand it's a $5 pizza but cmon! I originally attempted to place my order via phone shortly... after 8pm, but nobody would answer the phone. After trying for 10 minutes I had time to research the online ordering method anddecided to place my order online. Upon arrival the store was not busy and I noticed the employees ignoring the phone. Afterpicking my food up around 9:15 I arrived home and opened my pizza box to find the shown picture. The toppings were mostlymissing and were not proportional at all, there was also too much sauce to be edible. I tried to call to ask if they couldremake it ahead of time but again, phones rang off the hook so I drove back up there . When I arrive I see two guys leaning onthe wall looking down at their cell phones, (obviously too busy to answer the phone). I present the pizza to the manager andasked for a refund (after all I had seen/dealt with I just wanted to go home and make a sandwich!) The manager argued that thepizza was hours old. After presenting my time stamped receipt the manager finally agreed to refund me the pizza but he said hecould not refund the crazy bread I purchased on the order. I argued but got nowhere with the simple guy, so I finally demandedmy refund for the pizza so I could leave. The manager proceeded to take an extra 10 minutes walking back and forth delaying mefurther. While I waited and wondered where he was I looked into the kitchen to find a very messy place, especially consideringthe employees were all hanging out on their phones right before closing. After leaving i checked my bank and realized I was notissued a refund but I was charged a second time for the crazy bread ????. So in all I lost a couple hours of my life and $17 fornothing. I'll have to attempt to get my refund from upper management. Read more
Only drive thru was open, woman cut the line and stood in drive thru to get her order, which is illegal for safety reasons. ... What's the point of ordering ahead of you still have to wait 30 min to pickup your food. Avoid this place Read more
