My boyfriend and I received one wrong order and had to wait on our holiday pies, but they went above standards for most fast... food places when fixing an incorrect order and offered us both a free menu item for our trouble. We got our order corrected,warm holiday pies, and a free large fry and medium smoothie. McDonalds is often underwhelming. Rarely do they take any pride in the food they are serving. I order a quarter pounder, barely... warm and a medium fry. When my order was repeated to me at the speaker the McDonald's associate said Quarter Pounder and fries, I said yes a quarter pounder and Medium Fries, she then said to me " I SAID FRIES" I guess she told me. YUCK!! They really need to go out of business. I ordered a Quarter Pounder Meal, the Fries were over cooked. The Burger was... cold like they just took it straight from the refrigerator. It was disgusting. I didn't even bother to complain. It's notgoing to do any good. So I just threw everything in the TRASH, took my Coke and went home hungry.
