Great service, new menu, was a bit of a wait but I don't mind because man making my sammich was super friendly
Last night I ordered sandwiches for my family. I've always called my order in on my way home from work. The clerk taking my... order was put out on the phone and when I reached the Mt. Washington location was rudely informed that he did me 'a favor' bytaking my order on the phone because they no longer do that, I must order through the app. I'm sorry, but since when am Idoing a restaurant a favor by giving them my business. They should be worried about earning my hard earned dollars and loyalty. This is what is wrong with our economy. They feel entitled to my business and don't feel the need to please the customer, sothey will return. Mt. Washington Subway will no longer get my business. Read more
I would AVOID this place like the plague. They do not accept US currency. I'll NEVER be back. I went here about a month ago and... the clerk in the drive-thru indicated that they cannot accept $2 bills. I explained that was the only form of payment that I hadand they said the owner said they cannot accept $2 bills. Read more
I will never go back. Ordered 3 sandwiches. All were wrong. They were closed by the time I found out. Called the next morning to... speak to a manager. He wanted me to bring the sandwiches back with the receipt. My sandwiches all had bacon on them. None of itwas COOKED. I explained that the sandwiches were inedible and I threw them away. He said he was sorry but there was nothing hecould do without the sandwiches. I don't even think he was the manager. I have been to this location several times. The drive through ordering display has never worked. I thought no big deal I'll... order online. When I ordered online it was 15 minutes late, had mayo on the outside of the sandwich and a huge thumb pressedinto a portion of the bread. It also didn't look anything like the fresh melt pictures did (no toasting lines or anything). Mychildren when they were 2 could make better sandwiches. Try putting some pride into your work. I've ordered from this Subway many times and for some reason, just recently they have changed the way they make and bake the... cookies ... I'm not sure why all of a sudden they are bigger and flakier.. I miss the flat and properly baked cookies they had.. this is just horrible and doesn't even taste the same. Read more
