Great place to eat when dining open but it's closed @ this time.Drive thru is open.I ate there this morning around 9:45 am food... was very warm & friendly cashier. This location has had major issues since they opened with getting people through the line. It is super slow. I was hoping that... would be fixed once COVID-19 restrictions were over but no... I ended up waiting from the time I arrived until I received myfood a total of 40 minutes, and it was only a single combo for one person! When I finally got my food, the fries were cold, andthe burger was only mildly warm! Not worth it at this location. I will not be going to this Wendy's ever again. We were treated like we were invading their space. The woman that looked to be the manager was having to run the counter for... another girl who is taking a break. Evidently they unlock the door for some reason and we got in unknown to us that they did notwant Donnie in patrons. It took forever to get our food the order was wrong and the next lady that came in the manager was veryrude to her saying do not leave the door open when you leave. Overall just a bad experience. This location was the best Wendy's I've ever been to when they first opened and for a few months after. They were quick, the... restaurant was clean, drive thru was fast, and employees were really great. I'm not sure what changed recently, but it's wentdownhill a lot. Both times I've visited recently the dining room was closed, the food was somewhat warm, and on our most recenttrip we sat at the drive thru window after paying, for over 10 minutes and no one even said anything. They finally handed us thefood, didn't even apologize or explain, and our food, minus the fries, wasn't even very warm. It's disappointing things aren'tas good anymore because I was not only thoroughly impressed with how awesome this location was at one point, but also thrilledto have a great go-to place here in Mt Washington. Long wait in the drive thru and the dining room remains closed since their opening. We finally get to order and want to order a... salad and they have no lettuce. There were no signs on the doors saying the dining room was closed, there were no signs on themenu saying what they were out of to alert people prior to ordering so we just left. We ordered nothing because they were rude.Will never go back. Other restaurants will post if they are out of something and have a sign if they have to close the diningroom. It's nice too have another choice,in Mt.Washington. I don't think anyone looked at the Logistics of your parking you've put... your drive thur lane in the middle of the parking lot. That blocks other people from getting in and going inside.On our secondvisit, it was like the first,no napkins, or ketchup I had to go back to the counter and ask just like the first visit, why can'tthey put napkins and other condiments in the lobby like a real restaurant so the customer don't have to ask for condiments thatmost people use.It takes time away from your server's.
