My first visit to Blueroot. The salad I came for wasn?t available. The man working the takeout window explained Pepper Place was... the main location. He let me know how I could be more certain to get the salad I had wanted on my next visit. This time I endedup trying the Dark Chocolate Salted Collagen Bliss Bites. Rarely do you find such healthy food that has been flavored perfectly. Great job Blue Root!
Stopping by here is always a treat. I typically pair my visit with a coffee from the nearby Starbucks. I?ve had 2 of their... salads and both were delicious. The Caesar dressing that goes to their Kale Caesar salad is very good if nontraditional. Also:don?t sell yourself short, get some of the Not-your-mother?s rice treats. We LOVE Blueroot, from the first time I had a sample after spin class to my weekly salads you CANNOT go wrong. Jennifer has... found away even in the midst of a pandemic to deliver a healthy delicious lunch option for our community. My personal favoriteis the staple Famstand Salad and the Not Your Momma's Rice Crispy Treat. The salads come in the perfect container to give thema good toss to make sure they are properly dressed.
