I love this place! This must be a visit. Me and my wife are not usually eating grits in our neighborhood restaurant but their... grits is different! This will make us, planning to get back again sooner or later. Our waitress (Amy) offered a superb andperfectly match desert after our meal. Yeah, she did great during our brunch date visiting Birmingham. All of our foods aredelicious and tasteful! Thank y'all. Read more

Philip B was a wonderful server! He was kind, accommodating, plus made the time to suggest then offer wine samplings that might... best pair with the meal. Our dinners (Tilefish and bone-in porkchop) were delicious. I love they use fresh, locally sourcedproduce. For years, Dyron's has consistently been a great restaurant. Read more

Dyron's packs a lot of charm but none exemplified better than by our server, Phillip. Fantastic menu and fantastic service. In a... town of incredible restaurants, our experience this evening makes it easy to select this one the next time around. Read more

Definitely overpriced for the kind of options and portions you will receive at this restaurant. I think no one wants to mention... the portions so they won't look like they're greedy. We were there for brunch yesterday to celebrate my husband's birthday andwe had to remind the server to come back to our table to take our food order, which could've have been because my husband isblack and I'm German, my daughter is black and her husband is white. It was just strange how her fluttered around everyonearriving after us and just acted we were invisible. Well, it is Mountainbrook Alabama after all. The food was average, myhusband had the fried chicken and it was by far the best dish on the table. Or daughter had the French toast which was great butoverpriced, I had Dyron's breakfast which was supposed to be with over medium eggs , but they were really runny. The cheesegrits were good but they seemed to be out of a box. I've had great cheese grits before where you can see the cheese, these gritswere just yellow. We chose this restaurant to for a digital review for a international magazine on how hard or easy it is to getgood service in different cities in the south for mixed race couples that visit here. All in all, we would not return. Read more

Celebrated a birthday and experienced the brunch menu. The grits were rich and creamy. The fried crab claws were our favorite... and the beignets. Read more

My partner is a seafood lover and got the gumbo and the chop salad with fried oysters and he said it wasawesome. Our waiter was fantastic too, overall a great experience. Read more
