Food was okay. Staff was grilling a steak for someone who lived in the apartments next door. Watched them walk in and grab it... and walk out with it. This location has been cleaner in the past than this last visit. I?ve been to Jersey mikes all of thesoutheast and this one use to be one of the better ones. Now it?s ranking with the other Birmingham locations. Read more

The sandwiches are good but they literally cannot get your order right. It?s kind of amazing how little they pay attention.

In an expensive restaurant like this one - my first visit there - $3.49 for a drink?? (bowl, #8, $9.49 (supposedly a combo),... drink $3.49, total $14.10 for lunch. There is something not right here. If the service was outstanding, and if when I walked insaw the employees cleaning and wiping down things while it was obviously slow or if they happily greeted me when I walked in -okay. But is NOT worth a trip/money even if you're in the area. I got the club w/o bread. First, ask what toppings and howmuch of each. Normally, I'm proactive, but i was waiting to see if i would get asked, nope, only regarding the toppings did iget asked. Okay, toppings are limited, no big deal, but there was so much vinegar on my order that when I grabbed the handle tocarry it out and got to my car the bag was soaked and came through on my clothes. Now I would not be writing this review if Ididn't have any experience in a restaurant. I trained as an assistant manager at McDonald's in Georgia. It was a boringexperience. Not even close to the excitement that comes through in the commercials. The first bathroom to the right is thesize of a small closet. I wanted to give it a 4-star, but we don't know if we're doing something wrong until someone sayssomething. It's for growth and development. Read more

The customer service wasn?t bad, but the food was not really good. It was dry and not very appetizing. I probably wouldn?t... recommend. Read more

Staff is awful. The Manager could care less about making your food on time (as promised online). He was also extremely rude to... other customers. If you're looking for a sandwich do not go here. Read more

Disappointed. Not very busy but staff was slow and looked like they didn't want to be there as well as they didn't know what... they were doing. Very expensive for less food Read more

I came here because my Mom's Philly cheese sandwiches are always so good. I grabbed a giant today for me and the family and it... was just ok. I asked for it to be toasted and for grilled onions and peppers on half. The gentleman used the wrong bread andjust transferred it over to the correct bread. There wasn't enough meat for a giant, half the cheese was left on the old bread,it wasn't toasted and the onions and peppers weren't cooked. I tipped very well and wish I would've just asked them to remakethe sandwich. I had been looking forward to this sandwich all day, what a let down. Read more
