Staff here are great. But, the place was closed Wed, 6/22/2022, without explanation. Can?t imagine why mgt thinks this is OK.

Working in the Village, this is one of my first stops in the morning fir coffee for the past 13 years. I love this place. But... today I left my wallet at home, and did not know what to do for lunch. I had a little money on my Starbucks app, but had nevertried Starbucks for lunch. Jennifer saw me standing there looking unsure about what to do so she asked, ?do you need a refillJackie?? I told her my dilemma and she said, ? Don?t worry it?s on us.? In a very kind and confident voice. I had a sandwichand green tea, and a smile while eating it. She is just one of the kind young ladies that work at that Hollywood/CahabaStarbucks. I will have my money tomorrow, and a very nice tip! Read more
I love Starbucks. I?ve never had an issue at ANY store with my tree nut allergy. However, at this location they have given me... almond milk two times when I ordered and specified soy milk. I had to go to the ER both times and had a hefty bill both times.I have tried to call but they refuse to take responsibility. Read more
My wife and I would come here when I was in grad school to get work done. A cozy environment. Thankfully that have some comfier... chairs for reading. Makes for a good place to chill for a few hours to get some work done. Read more
New location, wonderful big interior and drive thru in the Lane Park Village. Be aware that Google Maps isn?t quite accurate yet... on the location. The Starbucks is actually closer to Culver Road but Maps sent me towards the Grand Bohemian Hotel. This set upis such an improvement over the old location which was teeny and formerly had no drive thru. Same friendly, fast service. Read more
