I've been going here for years. Wife says sushi is always great, there are a number of Thai dishes I'll eat that are fine. Dine... in is hit or miss, but take out is efficient and correct. The service here is horrible. Which is not surprising being as though I don't look like the people living in the area. I called... in who asked for directions because the GPS was not bringing me to the exact location and I was lost. Instead of attempting togive me directions the young lady that answered the phone told me "well we're not located where you are" without any furtherdirections or assistance. Once I call back and spoke to the manager he proceed to cut me off while I was talking, & told me "Uhhuh, we got you. We canceled it" and proceeded to hang up. I would not recommend them to anyone. I have eaten at Surin for many years. This was my first time at this location. Food was excellent and service was fast.

Stumbled on this place driving back to Texas. Best Thai food we?ve ever had! Sauce and seasonings were perfect and not... overbearing, allowing the taste of the food to shine. Never had Thai food before so I was really excited to try this place out while I was in the area. Everything was fantastic, from... the service to the atmosphere to the drinks to the food, couldn't have asked for a better experience. I ordered the BlueDolphin ???? and the Kao Mo-Kai. Both were delicious and the dish itself was so, so good. Might not be able to come back due todistance, but I'd definitely recommend checking this place out if you're around Mountain Brook.
