The manager made the best burger I've ever had (bacon rancher). Juicy, exploded with flavor and cooked to perfection. She needs... to keed up the awesome cooking, also glad to see management getting dirty. Would recommend every day of the year hands down. Read more
1st time I have ate at Chili's ????? & I will definitely eat there AGAIN! The food, service & atmosphere was great. The only... reason I didn't give 5?'s was bc they have tablets at each table with trivia games to play while you wait for your meal whichwas fun. However, they need to let patrons know that it's $2.99 which is added to your check when you check out. This was notposted, or at least we didn't see it posted, that we would be charged when we played the game. Other than that, I woulddefinitely recommend & will eat there AGAIN VERY soon!! ?? Read more

I normally love Chili's, but this visit was not my normal visit. What should have been a nice date at a Chinese Food restaurant... like my girlfriend wanted. Turned into her getting food poisoning. Unfortunately we were not the only customers that experiencedunpleasant meals. The food looked great, but for the most part it was just all looks. I'd not been to Chili's in nearly a decade, but decided to try the burgers at the Chili's in Mountain Home. I love a good... tavern-style burger! Over the course of a half-dozen visits I tried several of the burgers and nothing really impressed me atall except appetizer sliders; those were really good. My most recent visit I decide to just order a half-dozen of the slidersfor my meal. What I got was a half-dozen burned pucks served on room-temperature buns and cold cheese slices; nowhere near thequality I'd been getting during previous visits. I'm usually pretty forgiving; a little under-cooked, a little over-cooked, nobig deal. These, were totally inedible. I ate 2/3 of one slider and all I could taste was char. When the waitress (who wasawesome!) came by, she ask about the meal and I showed her the blackened meat patties, she reported the issue to the kitchen. Toher credit she ask if they could make another, but I declined. Their solution was to give me 50% off my meal. 50% discount forsomething that I couldn't, wouldn't eat. Any other place where something like this happens, they take it off the ticket. NotChilis. So, I'm done. I love the waitstaff, but the food is just sub-par enough and after charging me for a meal that I couldn'teat, I won't be returning. Read more
