I know this is pointless for the management to see because I have been getting KFC throughout the years and it is the same old... thing. The food and the counter person are usually friendly. What my complaint is the amount of food available, just byassumption you would think that between 4 pm and 7pm it would be busy since people are on their way home or now shopping for theholiday day's. KFC in Mountain home Arkansas needs to be shut down! They weren?t the nicest. They had a Bluetooth speaker you had to speak over... to the lady at the register. I spotted a roach and I said it loudly and she goes oh those are our friends. They had some buddiesthat were saying very inappropriate things and making us feel uncomfortable. It wasn?t clean. The floors were gross and stickyand the tables were covered in stuff. The food wasn?t good. I had already ordered before I seen the roach. Honestly need ahealth inspector to come out and check this place out. One of the worst places I have been in a long time. I avoided this one for awhile after getting sick too many times. But the craving for a Famous Bowl hit and I gave them one more... shot. The young man working, maybe a manager, was getting hit so hard with orders and calls but handled it so well and stillprovided fast and friendly service to those of us in line. Food was perfect and for once I actually received the cookie thatcomes with the meal. Update: went back and while the service was absolutely fantastic, the food was...bad. Just SO bad. Thechicken was terrible, tough inside and soggy outside. Funky coleslaw, sad macaroni, all around disappointing. But the peopleworking were incredibly nice and it was very busy. This was a very unique KFC. The restaurant is built on a hill. It had all its handy cap parking in the very narrow parking... strip on the street side of the store, along with a few regular spots. The back side of the store has a fish tail stair casewith decorative railings. The stair way comes down then splits in 2 separate directions coming down the back side of the hill tothe main parking lot of the shopping plaza. Fun posters decorate the walls inside. The bathrooms are handicap friendly. Asmall private room is tucked around a corner with more seating. A large round family sized table that fits 6 right by thebuffet table, lit by a giant KFC bucket lamp. It was a fantastic place to visit. Buffet was decent. It sure made my kidshappy. The buffet was decorated with chicken statues. Only downside was that everyone working there seemed stressed out orvery tired. I didn't see many smiles. Read more
