I called today to place the same order I have many many times before. the order is cheesy bread with bacon and jalapenos. I was... told by someone identifying themselves as a shift manager they cannot put jalapenos on cheesy bread!!??????????.. They proceededto tell me I've never had it that way and I'm the one that has ordered it and eaten it that way. I've got it that way from otherlocations. Whoever this shift manager was, does not need to be a manager if they handle customer service this way. Iadditionally spoke with someone named "Myra" who identified themselves as the general manager. She further told me that even ifI purchase the jalapenos they could not put them on the bread and cook it. I have gotten it this way manytimes??????????????????????? Best pizza chain. Always great food.
Very very poor customer service from manager. Ordered Pizza in lobby and after about 15-20 minutes they asked my name and said... they were just getting ready to put my pizza in the over. Manager explanation was they make the pizza in the order received.Doesn't matter if you are waiting in the lobby or not Read more

Burned, dried out garlic knots. Not even edible. Who sees dark brown, burned garlic knots and sends them out anyway? Lazy cooks... who figure it isn't their food so who cares. Chocolate chip cookie was also overcooked. The pizza was good but was cold by thetime the driver delivered it. For a $34 order and a $6 tip i expected better. I will stick to Dominos or Pizza Hut from now on. Read more
The food was good, I've never had any issues with Papa John's food from any location. This time around though the price,... especially for carry out, was in my opinion very over priced. Paid $57 for 2 pizzas and desserts, so I would suggest if havingthe ability (which I did not at the time) would be to not order anything unless you got a good coupon. Read more
What an amazing store! It's very clean and the food was spot on. I love me some Papa John's no matter where I am visiting. The... manager was very friendly and gave me advice on things to do in mountain home. Also there was a young man making my pizza andyou could tell he put a lot of love into his job. Thanks again! Pizza arrived with the entire half of pizza toppings on the other half up against the back and top of box like they carried it... up ended. $30 pizza ruined. Read more
