They lost our order so it took 45 minutes to get our food but it was worth the wait.
Worst experience ever. I live 35 to 40 minutes away from the store. I order the Cajun fries and spicy chicken sandwich an they... gave me fried shrimp instead. Whoever is the manager needs to start teaching their employees to check the food before it goesout the window. Never eating there again. The manager of the store decided to hang up on me cause I didn't get the correct foodan said was gonna right my name in a book. Said there's allergey warning on the door and drive thru window so did some diggingan guess what there's no sign saying anything about food allergies. Contacted corporate. Read more
One of the staffs clothes looked like he had changed oil in his car right before work, cashier listed to my order then sold me... what he wanted. When I walked up to counter to get my order and seen that nothing there was what I ordered and brought it to hisattention he became argumentative with me. Supervisor then came up and promised to fix it and bring my orde out. Sat there for30 minutes, got nothing and got up and walked out. Never going back. Read more
Went to popeye's about 8:30 in the evening they were trying to close early, Got 2 Soft drinks without absolutely no ice they... said the machine was broken. They could not produce change for a $100 bill for a $21 Meal. The crew was very unfriendly, dyingat your own risk. Lobby looked clean all of the chairs were on the tables but Is the kitchen looked pretty rough. Read more
I love that chicken from Popeye's, but I am only giving this location 3 stars. Because the cashier didn't smile and I watched... him roll his eyes at another customer, because the customer didn't hear what he said. That's rude and unprofessional. Thecashiers name is Paul.
