No matter how many times you tell them how you want your sandwich on the online app to order to get the deals .I even detail it... in the comments on the extra veggies and how i want and barely anything on the sub .Thats Excactly why i don't eat there 3 or 4times a week anymore Read more

I went through the drive-through and ordered my sandwiches and then sat at the window for 15 minutes. Nobody ever came to the... window. I ended up going inside to see if it was easier to get and pay for my sandwiches and the manager was really rude. WhenI finally got my order it was wrong. Ordered on app a BMT salad with double meat for curbside pickup. They gave me the oldest lettuce in the store, didn?t put in the... other veggies I ordered, and put in a bunch of onions which I said I didn?t want. Not happy. I guess if you don?t watch themmake it they do what they want!! Read more

Several weeks ago I visited and had a good experience. I do not eat bacon or ham and kindly asked the sandwich expert to change... her gloves for my order. She was very kind and did so without a fuss and with graciousness. Today, not so much. The two guysacted as though I?d called them bad names and seem to take it personally. I was clear both times that it was the bacon. Ifsolely based upon today?s visit I would not come back. You?re batting 500. Next visit will decide. Read more

Gone to drive through on several occasions. Was pleased to find out they offer breakfast subs from open to close. Have had the... bacon ????, egg, and cheese sub and also available with ????white. Both were delicious. The staff is always super nice andfriendly. Good way to start your day. Read more

Every time we come here at 6:30 p.m (dinner time) we order sweet tea and they say they are always out for the night. Also the... person at the window is always rude and rushes us through our order. And every time I order a sandwich I ask for mayonnaise andthey always soak my sandwich with it and I can?t even enjoy it. Terrible service and on multiple occasions they closed theirwindow down and were not taking orders before 8pm. Something needs to be done at that location. Just seems like a bunch a kidsthat work there at night that hate their jobs.. and it shows. Read more

Lost customer! Had the worse experience at a Subway ever! Would be a 1 Star but we have eaten here constantly for over two year... and this is only the second issue we have had. My wife and I were ordering online with the App which we do about once a week forSubway. The App had a promo on it buy two footlongs get one free. We ordered this the previous week. My wife picked out two subsfor her and kiddos, went to hand the phone to me phone and accidentally hit order. We thought no big deal, we can call andcancel the order, or have them add it. Instead what she got was nothing but attitude. The kid, I say kid because he looked tobe only 17 when I was forced to go up there for a refund later, told my wife that they don't have that deal going on and theywould never give away free subs. She then asked why would it be on the App then? He then said you don't have the right location.She asked to speak to the manager as the kid refused to refund the order. The manager got on the phone and it only went downhillfrom there. Not only was he rude in the he was telling my wife that they never do "deals" like that, but that her phone or herapp or both needed update. Then when asked to cancel the order and give a refund he stated that I would have to go up theresince the order was in my name. My wife then stated I would be on my way shortly to collect the refund then asked him for hisname and when he hung up. I arrived there about 20 minutes later to the manager, actually had already refunded our account andcanceled the order (i got the notification on my phone 5 minutes before arriving) holding his phone up asking if I was Bobby. Iconfirmed and he was attempting to show me their location had no deals ongoing. I proceeded to open my app and showed him theexact coupon i had on the app for his location. he then told me I needed to update my app because they haven't honored thatcoupon for over a month.
