Terribly rude young lady at the register that answered very sharply when i asked about the dressing choices. When we requested... water glasses she hatefully answered ?i was just getting them? which she wasn?t she had already walked away. She then slammedthem down on the counter. I didn?t get her name i was pretty shocked and immediately left the restaurant.It was a femaleworking the register at this store at 6:15 pm. I wont be back, i experienced rude employees here over three years and decided totry again when given a gift card. Average Subway experience and friendly enough staff, but let?s DO BETTER! 7% of Subways closed during the pandemic and a DIRTY... store is no way to stay in business. Keep it impeccably clean and TRASH FREE inside and out. And while I understand the windowsign saying that your toaster oven is inoperative, there?s NO EXCUSE for running out of peppercorns (and no, team members, theanswer is NOT for me to open a packet of ground pepper!). I give it 5 Stars for the second Subway Restaurant since it's open back in about the late 2000s or the early 2010s. I wasn't... coming buy there like i did back in the 90s. But i enjoy it so that's all about the second Subway. Read more
My husband and I like Subway but the past few experiences hadn't been up to par. We went in last night and Christina M. was... working. She has waited on us several times before but we've been missing her shifts I guess and we thought maybe she wasn'tthere anymore. Anyway, our order last night was excellent. My salad was awesome when I got home and she even put the ranch inthe little black cups. They've been putting it in a water cup?!. My husband sent me a message from work today saying hissandwich was fire! I just want management to know that she makes our experience fantastic and worth returning. The otheremployees we've interacted with recently, not so much. I am sure glad she was there last night because had it been the way itwas last week and the few before, we would have started going elsewhere. Read more
Clean, well arranged, super nice staff, clean restrooms, tables and floors! Made sandwiches to order without any problems and... even gave extra items requested. Our 1st visit this year and it won't be our last! Convenient location when in the plaza areaand ample parking. A great daddy/daughter treat while shopping! Read more
