Every time I come here I get awesome service. The staff here is great. I love the impossible whopper!! It tastes just as... delicious as the original whopper. It?s my favorite. I wish other fast food restaurants would offer vegetarian meat options.You guys ROCK! Read more
I usually don't do petty reviews, but when it's this bad... If you enjoy hair in your food, your order repeatedly done... incorrectly (like instead of a cheeseburger you get a chiken sandwich), and carbonated water for "Sprite", then this is theplace for you! Read more
Went through the drive thru tonight and wanted a salad but there weren't any. The wonan working the drive thru was very sweet... and accommodating and I left happy. She had great customer service skills. Read more

Before I start this review in particular,I want to point out what seems to be the obvious.That their seems to be a trend, an... unfortunate trend ,especially in this day and age ,of the complete disregard and disconnect from what Customer Service is,andhow and why it needs to be applied at the workplace. With that being said,here was my experience of "Burger King ????" ,inMountain Home,ID. For the past 5 years I've stopped through this Burger King, just for a quick break every now and again.They've changed their employees almost weekly! Mind-blowing Upon entering yesterday, the cashier "Amanda" took my orderflawlessly, which was impressive, because majority of us as customers know how often we have to repeat ourselves,and get theorder completely wrong. As I walk off,there's roughly 4-5 people standing behind the counter snickering. I proceeded to walk tomy seat to wait for my number to be called. "Damien" steps out from the window and military salute's me. Which I thought was amockery , because I've never served,nor do we know each other. He Snickers and walks back to the window. As I thanked the younglady for my meal , I gathered my things and started walking out of the store, everyone got quiet,and started snickering again.Firstly, it's unprofessional to interact with a customer as a whole, in any way other than that of your companies expected usualduties. Especially a paying customer! we'll just put the obvious out there first! Secondly, someone here in the review sectionmentioned that of them not feeling welcome here because of who they are ,and it's evident to me,that is the case. Being thatthis store seems comfortable enough with only serving people that look like them. Until someone who doesn't happens to walkin,then they "try" to make them feel less than. I didn't eat here, my travel companions did. What I did do was shop at the gas station mini mart which is attached. Let me just... say this about that: I've never encountered a gas station mini mart with such a diverse selection of weird stuff in my life. Itwas AMAZING. I got a Tardigrade lamp, a big foot research kit, and the world's hottest lollipop in the shadow of Satan's toe,and 12 gallons of unleaded. A+++ 11/10 stars would definitely shop here again Read more
