I think the staff do the best they can, but much like tonight, I've lost count of how many times this location is closed at 5 pm... and not taking pick-up or carry-out orders until 9 pm. Food quality is all over the map; when it's great it's great, butthere's no consistency. We never know if the order will be incorrect, or if we'll show up for half cold food and wait 20 minutesin the lobby for the rest. Our last two rewards pizzas were mis-made and the delivery insurance requires us to drive back to thestore for a *free* pizza that already included a delivery fee and tip? It's a hot mess. Staffing and supply issues are a thingbut this has gone on for months and even calls to customer service feel indifferent. This is our last attempt to order fromDominos in Mountain Home. The pizza we receive isn't worth the guessing game of whether or not they'll be open. Read more
Never had such bad service until now, my order was done online, got a notice it was ready, I went in and I paid for it and... tipped and the person would ask the ones coming in if it was pickup or they needed to order and my order sat there for 20minutes getting cold while the young man helped others who would come in after me and then give them their order. TotallyUnacceptable, I asked politely three times if he would please hand me my order, he just looked around then helped the nextperson. Finally did not ask so polite, I said "hand me my order NOW" its been sitting there for 20 minutes. He finally did. Read more
Ordered a pizza with extra mushrooms and onions and he told me they don?t really do that anymore ? But I was charged two dollars... extra for extra onions and mushrooms but did not receive them. Guess I won?t be going back there anymore. Read more
Past 3 orders have been consistently late deliveries with lukewarm food and pretty entitled drivers that assumed they were... getting tipped for being 30 minutes late. And lukewarm aside, the food's just not very good anymore. When I called the store,the guy who answered seemed to be deaf, stoned, and indifferent. Congratulations, you've lost yet another customer. Don't ever call them they won't get your card number right then they said they don't deliver to my address. When I went there... pulled out and Domino's went past my house looking to deliver in my neighborhood. And when I went to get my pizza the manageracted like it was all my fault. I will never go there again or order from here again. Read more
Nothing but issues, orders are either screwed up beyond belief. Pizzas are loaded with bubbles. I'm paying full price for my... free pizza? I'm not tipping your driver's anymore this is disgraceful. Jalapeno stems in my bread, that's awesome needed a freepiercing. Drivers steal food and claim it will be refunded as they didn't have any yet I see them eating it...lol. quality checkis important and apparently it's skipped. Do better. Read more
The Crew is always happy, very friendly and very professional! They do take pride in their work in making sure everything is to... your satisfaction. Whether we pick it up or have it delivered, the staff is always outstanding! Read more
