I moved here from Boise, and that's not very far at all. But the quality of people between the two places is extremely... noticeable. I watched them make my drink yesterday, and it was wrong. So I tied to catch tell them before they put the lid onbit they didn't hear me. Then a girl that appeared to be in charge made eye contact with me so I pointed out the mistake and shecut me off mid sentence, roller her eyes, grabbed my drink and marched it back over to the other counted. Whatever she said tookwhat little perkyness right off those girls faces. Just killed any good vibes. I wasn't mad. I just know how I like my drink. Ifigure if I'm gonna tip they can at least get the right ingredients. Anyways. Turn some music on. Turn it up! Have some fun.Productivity increases when ur enjoying what ur doing. Just saying. As a prior employee of Dutch Bros, I know what the Dutch Bros brand is supposed to represent. The past couple of times I have... visited, the broistas pulled shots that were over the pull time but they still deemed the shots usable. This time around, whenwe pulled up to the window (30 minutes before close), the broistas were cleaning all the heads to the bar ? which is normalcloser towards the end of the shift. What I do not feel is acceptable for the Dutch Bros brand is the fact that the employeesdid notice us and already made eye contact with us at our window, but did not say a single thing to us or even a greeting. Wehad to just start our order without the broista starting the conversation. Yet again, I know the broistas are supposed to askfor a tip, but the broista didn?t even prompt us to scan our app which I did have out on my phone. I wouldn?t be leaving thisreview if this was not consistently the service I have received from this location. The only reason we ever go here now is if weare in desperate need of caffeine after other shops are closed, because we know the service is not truly going to represent theDutch brand. Read more
My husband and I got two CPB oat milk lattes today at around 6:30 AM and they were so delicious! There were only two girls... working the stand they were so sweet and fast, and in fact one of them had initially poured half and half instead of oat milkand the other girl caught it, which I so appreciated! The attention to detail to make sure we got the correct milk made me feelvery cared for as a custie! Read more
Decent selection of drinks and ok prices comparatively. Friendly and fast enough service. But it is a "foofoo" drink place - not... a coffee place. Be aware. Name is misleading. If you want drip coffee the alternative is an Americano. Which isn't bad. Read more
I stop here for coffee every time I drive from Kuna to Twin Falls - which is often enough that staff has begun to recognize me... :D and the team here is always friendly, kind, professional, and fun. Way to go and see you again soon!! Read more
What can I say? Consistently great coffee, great energy drinks, smoothies and fun, friendly service. Chloe and I have decided... that the first Wednesday of the month is Double Dutch Wednesday. That means that we are going to go to Dutch twice. ???? Withtwice the Dutch and twice the stickers, you can?t go wrong. I tried the Kings of Leon from the not-so-secret, secret menu. So, my prior visit to a Dutch Brothers coffee was not that great. I decided to visit to see if this new location would be any... better.... It wasn't. Very slow drive thru lines. Waited 10 minutes with two cars in line. They are rarely busy, yet they still can?t seem to figure... out how to get the few cars they have at a time through the line. You are better off to visit a local coffee shop any way. Theselection is also limited. They only have a handful of sugar free flavors to pick from. The only plus is they are open late. Read more
