Been here many times, and I have to say, the quality has been going downhill over the past few years. The lunch crew is always... on top of things, and my food is always ready when I arrive (I order online). However, the dinner crew consistently messes up,forgets things from your order, and generally does a poor job. Used to be good, but definitely needs some work. I understand no one is proud or going to brag about working at Pizza Hut, but at least have a little pride in serving your... customers. You may not like the job, but don't make your customers suffer. Just quit. If you aren't happy working there, thenquit. Don't take your bad attitude out on the customer. Just quit. If you're gonna work there, then don't be a negative personmaking other people unhappy to go to your restaurant. When it comes to Pizza Hut, this one is pretty trash. You can ask whatdeals they have on a large pizza, and they will tell you something that turns out to not even be a traditional pizza, or a pizzaat all. Just breadsticks covered in cheese and sauce. They don't even know their own menu. And then they get snotty about itwhen you ask for an actual pizza. I even asked the delivery guy if what he delivered looks like it was worth $20, and he said"no". Read more

Went there after the races last night thought I would try again that maybe last time was just a off day for them but I was sick... again last night. Couldn?t eat my salad the lettuce was soft and so were tomatoes. Pizza wasn?t cooked all the way through andnever did get any refills on drinks had to go get silverware myself . There was only one other family in there so they weren?tbusy. It was really cold inside so went out to get my jacket out of car and employees were out back talking and smoking so guessthat?s why service wasn?t the greatest. To bad ,maybe they need a manager on at night to keep them on task. Hope they get stufffigured out ! I realize that times are crazy and hard to get employees but wasn?t a great experience. Took forever for them to ask for and get our drinks. Took forever getting our food order. Gave only half our table plates so had... to ask for more. Never checked up on us for refills or anything else. They weren't busy either. Read more
Delivery was quick at the end of the night and they were courteous. But I paid for a two topping and only got one. Next time... that will be the delivery guy's tip or I may have to send it back. Seems all pizza huts are notorious for, "forgetting". Read more
Fairly clean. Decent service. Good salad bar lunch combo.
