I found a bone in my pizza very disappointed.
This store is constantly closing early. I understand not taking deliveries past a certain hour, but they closed there front... window 35 min prior to the closing time indicated in the store. I asked to place an order at10:25pm and I was told no becausethey were in the process of closing when they are not scheduled to close until 11pm. When placing a phone order on 1/17/21, Icalled at 9:40pm to place a pickup order. They said they closed early because the next day was Martin Luther King Jr Day. As aformer manager in the pizza industry, I know this is poor customer service. Please reach out to this store and correct thismatter because there is not many food choices located near us. When pizza hut says they are open until 11pm, if a pickup ordercomes in at 10:55pm or sooner, it should be fulfilled. Anything less is a failure on your part. Read more
The delivery is wonderful, but we did find a couple of hairs in our pizza last week. We completely understand that mistakes are... going to happen, but the phone call for a replacement was less than smooth. Unfortunately the man who answered was very kind,but the woman he spoke to about us was not as much. It was not a lie or a trick, and although we are grateful to have received areplacement pizza, the slander was hurtful. Read more
I love that i dont have to go all the way to town for a hot pizza. Ordered pasta and cinnibons rolls for delivery. They told me... in would be 30 minutes. It was less than 20!!!. The delivery driver was awesome as well. Hes always very nice. Shows me my ordereverytime. And for a friday night i thought it would take a while. But was pleasantly surprised. .. Read more
Found a dead beetle and the head of a fly in my pizza last night, took it back and Dan didn't know what to do, and I had to... request for my money back! Then he took my bugged out pizza and receipt and said I should have my money refunded in ten days...yeah i'm disputing this one with the card company. All this place is is a mess. The managers buy and consume alcohol while onshift on an Air Force base, and this is how the run the place.... go somewhere else, trust me! Read more
