It's Mickey D's, that vary by location some are good some aren't so good this is one of the better ones
2 days In row ordered big breakfast got no eating utensils..ordered coffee many times and many times didn't get it the way I... wanted. Ordered a hot chocolate and got hot milk or something like it. The men's bathroom sink has no running water. Read more
Bunch of children that work there and they speak to you with absolutely no respect even the ones that are so-called managers,... it?s Thursday and Halloween is on Monday which is in like five days and this is the third time I was there today and they stilldon?t have the Halloween pails for the kids happy meals I asked for the corporate number so that I can make a complaint to thecorporate office not to this store directly and I was told that she couldn?t give me that information and when I asked her toask her manager she proceeded to tell me that I was being unprofessional and kept interrupting me cutting me off wouldn?t let mespeak and was just over all rude 100%. I?m going to continue to look for whoever owns that property so that I can make anofficial complaint about the employees that work there I am absolutely not finished with this. McD's in my opinion is everyone's guilty pleasure. Their coffee is the best and the unsweet Tea is so thirst quenching. Yum
Just went through drive through 45 min before closing. Ordered a chicken sandwich plain with bbq sauce, fries, and a chocolate... milkshake. The milkshake was runny like milk, the fries were so old and cold they were inedible, and no bbq sauce in sight. Theyalso forgot to put a napkin in the bag. The topper was being handed the bag and having the window shut in my face by the managerrather than the polite... "would you like any sauce?" Sub-par all around. Read more
Staff were very polite, my food was correct and hot.
I was disappointed that dining area was closed ( but I understand ) the drive thru line moved faster than I expected , the... employees were polite and courteous and the large order was correct first time . don't laugh , I've been in drive thru linesthat didn't move ( not here ) only to get the wrong order etc etc . This location runs like a well tuned sports car ,apparently they are doing something right . I wish they would teach locations in Lehigh Valley how to do it . Read more
