I've came close to closing time and got fresh food.
Stopped and got food from the drive thru! Employees were friendly and food order was correct!
The manager, Valri, is kind, knowledgeable and she makes sure her team always keeps it hot and fresh!
Order was wrong, by the time I got home it was too late to go back due to closing hours, food was very small portions about the... size you would expect for a kids meal, my drink I ordered was supposed to be sweet tea but was WATER WITH A TAD BIT OF real teaI caught that before I got out of the parking lot had to turn around and go back and wait through the window to let her know Ididn't order tea and obviously they didn't want to make tea that close to closing which is understandable, but could have saidno tea and offer me a different option, but instead thought I wouldn't have noticed which was very disrespectful and when Iasked for a different drink filled cup to the top of nothing but ice to be spiteful, my chicken had no skin, literally I ordereda chicken breast fill up cost me and only me for one peace of chicken a biscuit and drink and I order a side of slaw which isnot 3$ worth considering the size, and I was given no plastic wear to eat with no napkins and my wait was more then 10 min forone meal 11$ is to much for a bad cold small portions meal period, I have gone several times and things just get worse and worsefor the quality of food and service I won't be back, Read more
It?s a Friday night and the place is empty. I wish there was still a buffet. Maybe someday In the future. I used the mobile app.... Took a little longer but I don?t mind because that means that it freshly cooked. The staff was super nice!! Read more
New driver thru employee Valerie was prompt and polite, letting us know what they had on menu and what was not available at the... moment. She was smiling and alert at the window as well. The original recipe chicken was fresh and looked and tasted GREAT! Theywere out of popcorn chicken, but we still enjoyed a hot meal and friendly service from our KFC. Thank you!! Read more
We were visiting family and decided to grab something quick to eat. The food was absolutely fantastic (thanks to the cook!)... However, the manager, Kay has terrible customer service skills. While waiting on our food we witnessed her playing on her cellphone, eating food at the front counter, all while yelling at her employees to get things done. Do not support this place untilthey fix their management. Read more
The employees are very pleasant and helpful, always get your order correct. It seems that the quality has been off lately, and... since COVID it seems like prices have gone up and portion sizes down (like a lot of places). They've gotten rid of the grilledchicken which is an option 2 of our family members need for health reasons. Read more
