Service: Fast. Server was very professional and polite. We were greeted with a smile that made us feel weclomed. Never had to... look for him as he was always nearby and there to assist in what ever we needed..with that smile. Food: OMG! The food was sogood. My husband's steak was cooked prefect. TLDR: Non existent waitress makes for a bad post birthday dinner. This was the worst experience I have EVER had at a Chili's... and I frequent the chain often and have been to this location several times in the past. My husband and I came here for dinnerand to use the free birthday dessert offer (99.5% just came here for the dessert). The visit kind of started off bad due to a 10minute wait with a largely empty restaurant but I can let that slide as they may not have had many wait staff on shift orwhatever. This is when our extremely irritating saga begins... The hostess takes us to our table (2 person table with lots oflarger ones available and clean) and leaves us with menus. We looked through them while waiting for our waitress and I noticedthey no longer have mango chili chicken (this is the where the. 5% reason to go to Chili's came from). The Cilantro-Lime carneasada seemed like it could be a good substitute dish (I swapped the black beans for the fire roasted corn). My husband got themonster BBQ burger and fries. We also ordered a Watermelon Margarita, an unsweetened iced tea, and a glass of water. Waitnumber two begins....we receive the margarita within a few minutes and were expecting the other drinks to follow shortly afterbut nope. Our waitress was nowhere to be seen for a good 10 minutes and once she appeared she walked past our table severaltimes but didn?t acknowledge our attempts to get her attention to inquire about drinks. Another 10 minutes pass and the foodshows up, still no drinks. Finally our waitress comes to our table and she asks us if the food is okay. We said we didn't getdrinks and changed the iced tea to water. She returned with the drinks fairly quick but that was the last time we saw her duringour visit. Can not even say the experience was ok. Waiter was nice... but he was the only waiter in our section. It was a lot for him, as... all the tables were full. In the end, had to ask for soda refills and anything else we needed. That took time. Enchilada soupwas only warm. Cheese on top didn't even melt. Asked for well done-No pink meat in my burger. When it came the middle was slightpink and when I got more into second half, it was more pink. Yuck. Eww. Since I had already ate half... I just left rest of iton the plate. The shrimp pasta plate was only 5 pieces of shrimp... that was disappointing. Just because it was a 3 for $10deal... it is not ok to be cheap about it. Great experience! We had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated since it was just us two and they were limiting capacity.... Overall, it was a wonderful experience and loved the food! Definitely a great place for date night if you want something casual! Read more
So , it was my lunch time and it was a go it day and I decided to get a salad at Chili's since I was so close by. I did an... online order if their Santa Fe Chicken salad. I go extra avocado and the avocado ranch dressing. Let me tell you the wait wasworth the 15 min wait, as you can from the pic it was big and ssooo freaking good, filling and great service from the youngwoman who brought it out to me.
