Me and my wifes food was pretty cold and her chicken was hard and overcooked looking so im assuming it sat for a long while. I... would complain and get the food corrected but somehow i ended up with a reciept from a nacho meal purchased with a ebt card andnot the reciept for my transaction. The night shift is for sure slacking in contrast to the morning/lunch crew. Its a simple fixjust provide service the way it is ment to be or even if you were serving yourself. I doubt you would enjoy a cold/ hard dinner. Read more

I love Jack in the box but, they need to improve their drive through service. Long waiting drains my mental hunger to eat.
Well I came in through the drive thru this morning and the Guy taking my order through the drive thru was being extremely rude... and kept talking with his headset with coworkers and didn?t give me what I asked for. Overall my experience was awful and thefood was very bad definitely never coming back and not recommending to anyone. Read more
*Looks like my last review was flagged by the management, so I am posting again. Price charged is higher than those listed.... When I brought it up to the manager, he shrugged it off. This practice is against California law. But this fact doesn't seem tobother them. Read more
Not bad. I had the spicy chicken sandwich which was pretty mild. It took me 10mins on a Saturday evening when I was like one of... three people who ordered. Seating space was super limited inside though. Fitting in >10 people would be a challenge. The peopleinside seem nice. In and out which is nearby seems to be better. Read more
