We visited on a Friday night, it wasn't very busy, it usually isn't. I tried to order water 2 times with no luck. I switched it... up for my third interaction and ordered a soda, thinking maybe if I am paying for something they will actually bring it. Theydid not. By this time we had been there for a half hour/45 minutes. All three people at my table had drank the wine they hadordered, I still had not received a drink. When they came to check on us, after everyone else's glass was empty, I requested aglass of water for a third time, I got laughed at by the staff taking our order and staff behind the bar. I can see why thisplace is always nearly empty when we walk past. Read more

Great selection of wines and very knowledgeable sommeliers gives a superb wine and snack as you jump on the train on the way to... San Francisco or jump off the train on the way home. The bright, cheery environment and extensive selection makes this afantastic regular stop. Read more

From wine to food to pairing recommendations, everything was a one of a kind experience. I love a good glass of champagne —... light and bubbly is perfect in any setting. Antonio made the recommendation of pairing it with truffle popcorn and now that’sthe only thing I’ll be pairing my glass of bubbly with. Thank you! . Next I had tried the Versos (Italian) wine made by womenwine makers with minimal intervention. It is made using the Mencia grapes and is light bodied with notes of cranberries. Thewine pairs well with a light meal. Relative to a Pinot, but better! . The wine Mur Verde is a Spanish wine; organic and morefuller/ structured relative to a Merlot. When you think organic, you assume there’s more bitterness to the wine and offflavors, but not this. By far some of the best organic wine I’ve had! It paired nicely with the vegetables and veggie cutletsalong with the goat cheese & sundried tomato crostinis. . The Westgate is a French wine from the south of France. This was morerelative to a Cab and very filling. Strong notes of berries, and paired well with the margarita flatbread I had. . Their cheeseplatters looked amazing as well, however my appetite was filled from the wine and bites that I couldn’t fathom anything else.10/10 I recommend a visit for the service, delicious wine and pairings, and just to get away on a nice day. Great waitress. She steered to a mystery red flight and a spectacular Italian red. And we had a perfect pairing- pizza with... arugula and fig. We ate and drank outdoors. Only two negatives - the volume of Caltrain horns and getting rushed off thepremises at 9:00 by the manager. She diminished an outstanding evening. Truly bad judgment to prioritize herself over herguests. Read more

I came here with one of my friends, who is expecting, to meet another friend. Neither of us were drinking and the staff was... super cool/chill about it. The food/snacks were good, too. It’s right next to the Mountain View Caltrain. Only one trainpassed and it didn’t seem to be a big deal. There seem to be some wine deals, too; so, I’d say check it out if you’re awine fan. Read more
