Oddly, despite what others have said in their reviews, the male worker here accepted my coupon, but only for certain meats.... Fine. So, I go to be helped by a female worker and she questioned the guy if the coupon was really being accepted. He nodded andshe then gave the ?ok fine? look. Come to the end, she didn?t ask to put any sauces in my sandwiches and proceeded to quicklywrap them up. She claimed, ?We don?t do sauces for the coupons sandwiches?. What??? Did I hear that right? She then threw in twopackets of mustard and mayo? Ok, weird. I honestly think she forgot or didn?t bother to ask. Too late to add sauce I guess. Shewas ringing me up, and I had no idea whether to pay or not because she was talking to the guy behind me the entire time. Read more
the red hair lady was extremely rude didn't even talk to me and just starred with a glare while making the order then placed it... on the counter and turned around didnt even say heres your order or have a nice day or here you go. Horrible customer service.Don't work in fast food if you can't handle taking orders go be a security guard and mug people. should not be in the restaurantbusiness management should really review customer service. the mexican guy that works here everyday is really nice andrespectful. this red head lady doesn't even put the right ingredients in the food and undercuts the food quality and barley putany meat in the sandwhich. very upsetting. update: manager called me and apologized and said he would make sure customerservice improves. changing this from a 1 star from to 4 for managers concern. Terrible ownership does not accept valid franchise mailer coupons. Store workers say they cannot sell buy one get one free... because the sandwiches are too expensive and the owner won't let them accept it even though it's not expired or anything in fineprint being invalid . Read more

We had an online order for non-bready bowls. Do not order those, the portion sizes are stingy for the price. My grouse was they... left out sauces, cheese from my order. We had the presence of mind to check before leaving the shop or else we'd have had to dowithout. Never had such an experience at any Subway, ever. Read more
Rude staff, unhygienic way of handling food, terrible customer service to sum it all up. Be ready to be frowned upon when using... coupons here. Coupons that, ironically, Subway provides every now-and-then to get foot traffic in their locations. On top ofthat, their staff is rude and ignorant towards your need. I asked them to chop the veggies for my sandwich, which I do in everyother store as a preference, and they outright rejected my request. The lady serving me did not follow proper hygieneguidelines as well. She took the bread and outright placed it on the naked wooden countertop which looked all dirty withleftover crumbs, food particles and sauces from god knowns when. Only for baking did she use a parchment paper The only up-sideis the fact that they are one of the few stores that carry Indian Subway menu, and a convenient parking for pickup.
