The food is pretty good. Probably the only real “gourmet” burger option in Mountain View that I’ve tried. It’s a bit... pricey but that’s what you kind of expect from this kind of burger joint. I haven’t actually sat at the counter(restaurant):). Just pick up orders. I like that they package the sauces separately so you don’t have a soggy burger by the time you gethome. Read more
Pretty expensive for your average burger. They automatically add 20% gratuity onto the bill. The service was fine, but not a... "20% tip"-type of service. They do have a wide variety of drinks here though (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and make some nicemilkshakes. Overall, had a decent time, but probably not coming back again. Read more
It’s good. And it wants to be great. The burgers are good. The rosemary fries are really good. But that’s the word that just... keeps coming back to me. “Good”. Not great. The pricing is what you would expect in Palo Alto. Too expensive. Read more
Positive: A wide range of menu choices and I like the taste. Not so good: The prices are too high for a weekday lunch IMHO ($25... in my case). Also, I would like to have more low caloric food choices. In addition, although the staff is very friendly, I wasunhappy on several occasions: Bringing food but forgetting the cutlery ????or not offering a refill on the drinks ????. Read more
Favorite place to grab some “create your own burger” They have quite some vegetarian/vegan option. The vegan veggie patty is... delicious. You can build your burger with bun or on mixed greens. They have the most amazing sauces and toppings option. Thebread selection is also great. The sweet potato fries are delicious and must try. Read more
