Online says they open at 10:30. Get there and they are closed and don?t open till 11. Someone needs to fixed their info.
You're definitely waiting 3x whatever they estimate, and then it's a coin toss on if they get your order right.
Ordered online - food wasn't ready despite showing up 15 mins after the predicted time. Got home order was completely wrong -... out of five items only one was correct. When I called they said they'd remake and I could go back and pick up but I live a goodways away so asked for a refund. Was told to call the following morning. When I pushed was told she was too busy and I shouldcall back in an hour. She could have done refund while we were speaking - clearly a policy to not give refunds despite terribleservice. Long lines, long wait and according to the cashier short staffed. French fries were over-cooked and tasted burnt. The cashier... said the oil was changed 3 days ago. She tried returning but "didn't know how" and asked me to call back for a manager thefollowing morning. Not happy at all. I've eaten at this WS when they first opened and the food was good. Even the fries. Aftergetting my refund for the fries I will not go back. Read more
