As a former "sandwich artist", this store DESPERATELY needs some training. The girl making my sandwich was super super nice. She... was very overworked though. The other person on shift did not seem to care to help and was in the bathroom the whole time I wasthere. The store and where they keep the food were not clean and that poor girl was trying to run the place alone. Read more

The Girl Emily who works there is terrible. A month or so ago I tried calling in an order and she keep hanging up on me. I had... to go into the store to order. There was no one in the store and she was just standing in the back. I called the store while inthere to get her to come out and she still didn't answer the phone. She then only put about 1/4 of the ingredients on myhusband's sandwich. We did not appreciate paying for pretty much a piece of bread. The two guys working today did an exceptionaljob and they deserve 5 STARS!?????????? They were busy and greeted everyone with awesome customer service. I do not know thegirl or the 2 boys, but there sure is a difference in customer service. Read more
The food is good and I don?t normally complain about it but I should get what I paid for. I ordered a Baja chicken bacon melt... and a spicy Italian sandwich. I got both those sandwiches but not with the meats that were supposed to be in there. My Baja camewith steak. It was just steak and sauce. No bacon or chicken. The spicy Italian came with steak. Not the pepperoni or salamithat it was supposed to have. The sandwiches turned out good but not what I ordered. I had 4 other sandwiches and they turnedout the way they were supposed to. Read more
On March 23 for lunch the young woman that waited on us was extremely rude and very impatient. Her attitude was not appropriate... of someone working with the public. We were seriously considering not taking the sandwiches we had ordered after dealing withher extremely inappropriate attitude. I seriously hope this young woman is no longer an employee or she has changed herattitude. Read more
