It?s? Subway. It?s like every other Subway except usually less busy and has a drive through.
Bad customer service!! Lady counted her till for five minutes before acknowledging me, and then wasn't friendly. The bread was... equally as bad, the end were hard and not edible, even the middle was not soft. I haven't been to a Subway in several years,safe to say this experience won't get me back to a Subway anytime soon. Hire better people Read more
their six inch meatball sub is supposed to have four meatballs on it, i was only given two. My brother got a sandwich with meat,... cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mustard, all they gave him was meat, cheese, and mustard. What a disgrace. Either fix themicrophone system in the drive through so your customers can be understood, or tell your staff to actually follow guidelines andnot scam people out of a six inch sub. Here I am subway, in Mountlake Terrace! I usually eat at home. But I had to head over to subway for their stellar cookies they... serve! Justin was a spectacular associate! Very understanding! He informed me what I like was out. The cookies! Except one! Hegave me the last cookie for FREE! Wow! Thank you Justin! You do marvelous service! Absolutely the slowest subway I've ever been inside. I came in on a Saturday and a lady walked in and got served before me when... I was standing in line for 10 minutes. The guy working the counter was super friendly and helpful, especially with my daughter who did not really know what she wanted.
