Staff sadly killed this place. Didn’t even make it past a drink order. On the way out bartender told us to “never come... back”. So many reasons my short visit went very wrong. 1. Didn’t get greeted when I walked in, server and bartender lookedat me but didn’t acknowledge me. Cool, I’ll find a seat. Asked someone if a table by the bar was open seating and was toldyes. 2. After we were seated for a bit, got the bartenders attention and asked her how the service worked where we were seatedsince people had passed by but no one had stopped to serve us. She shared it was super busy and that there were only 2 pplworking so they would get to us when they could. Ok no problem. 3. When the bartender finally came over she asked everyone forID. When looking at my ID, I was notified as a “courtesy” how my ID was expiring soon which I knew. She felt it important tothen share how she needed me to know she would NOT be able to serve me if I come back there after it expires (even though I’mwell over the age of 21 and know how this works). Great, thank you. 4. Ordered one of their “specialty” cocktails whichtasted horrible. After taking one sip, I went up to the bar with the drink and kindly asked if I could get something else. I wastold I wouldn’t be getting a refund and to give my drink to someone at my table, then order another drink. On that note,deemed the place wasn’t worth any more of our business so asked for the check. 5. As we were putting on our coats, thebartender reached in front of me to grab the check and see if a tip was given. Spoiler alert, there was no tip. She thenproceeded to say “Oh that’s what I thought. So I can’t pour liquor back into the bottle which is why you can’t get arefund on a drink”. I shared that I understood and that her response was bad business practice along with lack of service,which is why we were leaving. Food was surprisingly amazing! Looks small from outside, but it opens up inside with a huge bar, huge area for sitting. Very... clean, food was amazing from flavor to presentation. Hands down 100% 5 stars!! Read more
Love the food..breakfast, lunch and dinner..great proportions and very reasonable prices. The service seems good. Server checked... on us once in awhile not too pushy. Definitely a clean place. Comfortable setup of seating...great place for family andfriends.. Read more
Waited for 10 -15 minutes for someone to come and take our order or at least to be acknowledged. Nothing. I understand if you... are busy but when you wait on a table of 8 that was just seated and ignore a table of 2. So we left... Menu sounds great butwon't be back because of rude waitstaff. Read more
Lyz, my server was on point. The Baltimore Pit beef is what we came for but we got so much more! From Reilly accepting our... reservation; which I highly suggest since they are super popular, to her seating us quickly. Hailee, Vince, Matt and Coney hadall of our food out super quick and tasty. As a chef, I appreciate them for their time. Kelly, you have a strong team with you.Keep being a great manager. Thank you Reilly for giving me the correct people to blast. Randomly stopped for a bite on a day trip and was pleasantly surprised. Food was delicious. Service is a smidge slow but with a... smile and a just the right amount of atmosphere. We had the cheese fries and meat pizza and would highly recommend. Read more
Sunday Brunch was fab! We all opted for the Eggs Benedict with homefries on the side, which is an EXCELLENT value, at under $6!... I also got the seasonal Mimosa Flight, which included: strawberry-banana, mango, guava, and pineapple - DELICIOUS. DEFINITELYrecommend, and will not wait so long to return! Sadly, we will never be back. It used to be a nice place. Last night we had a pretty awful experience. First, the cheese fries... appetizer was pretty gross. It was fries, pulled pork, bacon and some kind of creme sauce. EXTREMELY bland, but the pulled porkwas in these massive, mushy pieces. My husband’s Caesar salad had brown-edged leaves. My son asked for celery with his wings.None included. But my dish? I ordered the prime rib sandwich. What arrived was a roll, with lettuce tomato onion etc. On top wasa thin, tough, dry, hockey puck textured well-done steak. The thing wasn’t even the right size for the bread. I’m the leastpicky person on the planet and can’t remember the last time I’ve sent food back, if ever. But this was just inedible. I’dbreak a tooth trying to bite into that thing. The waitress, who was an absolute doll by the way, came back from the kitchensaying they told her the steak was “tender in the center.” That the meat seemed tough because of the “charr on theoutside.” Whoever told her that? Just so you know, this is not my first time I’ve actually eaten food. I know when somethingis outrageously inedible. What’s more is whoever was managing that night refused to remove it from the bill. So the waitresstook my food away, my family ate. I sat there with a side salad I’d ordered. The waitress offered a replacement but my godwith the experience that night I was definitely no longer interested in eating anything else. Plus then we’d have to waituntil when until a new meal came out? Everyone at my table would’ve been done. I’ve NEVER had worse customer service frommanagement at a restaurant. Normally people try to accommodate and improve your experience in at least some way. I even told herI’d be happy to talk to the manager myself, but none ever came to the table! In the end, the kind waitress took it off thebill, but unfortunately that came OUT OF HER POCKET. Do better, Square Mile. You’re off our list permanently now. Read more
