I have given this sonic numerous chances to get orders correct and to deliver fast food in a timely manner. They have failed at... both several times so tonight will be my last time stopping here. I was told they did not receive my order from the Sonic app so I placed it in person and paid cash for it. I have received a... charge on my card for that order, so they did receive it! I have waited over 15 minutes for a large Coke. I spoke to someone on speaker to ask were my Coke? He said we will bring it... right out. After ten more minutes, no one show up with my dang Coke. I left. No one should have to wait over 25 minutes for onecoke. It's ridiculous. Read more
Rachel the carhop tried to take my change without even attempting to hand it back to me first. Not very happy about this.... Service is super slow and bad attitudes. Food was horrible. Server had tattoos that were very offensive and manager was in thecar next to me that Smeelling like weed bad. Had them make me.
