My husband and I split the chicken sandwich and mushroom burger, with garlic fries and parmesan truffle fries. Burgers and... chicken and bacon were all over cooked. Way too much sauce making the buns soggy and messy. Fries were really skinny and hard,so all the fun texture of fries was gone. I ate the chicken sandwich because I was hungry but didn?t enjoy it. I handed theburger back to my husband because all I could taste was pickle and mushroom, plus it was a soggy mess dripping all over andfalling apart. I didn?t even bother eating the fries after trying. Father in law got the bacon burger and said that was overcooked also. Mother in law got a chicken salad and said was just okay. Blu Burgers & Bru is a perfect hidden gem right off Mukilteo Speedway. The staff are friendly and has a warm atmosphere inside... compliment the burgers and sandwiches. I had the ?Spring Chicken? sandwich with a side of fries and strawberry milkshake. Thesandwich was extremely well made with plenty of flavor, crispy bacon, and very fresh. The parmesan truffle fries where hot andperfect amount of flavor and not overwhelmingly cheesy. And possibly my favorite part, the strawberry milkshake was hands down,one of the best I?ve had in a while. Made with fresh strawberries, perfect thickness, and I?m almost certain homemade whippedcream. Not crowded at all on a Friday evening. I 100% recommend this place and giving a well deserved 5 stars. Sweet Caroline burger was so good! I was happy it had mustard based Carolina BBQ sauce, a rare find in the Seattle area. They... had a good selection of brews and sufficient seating. Service was quick and staff was very helpful. Grab a shake to go! Read more

This place has great burgers! They are reasonable as well. The milkshakes are great, the ice cream tastes really good. They have... a few flavors as well. The french fries are also really good. They dont come with the burger so you have to purchase itseperatly. But other than that, its all really awesome! Will be going here again! Read more
