A GREAT FAST-CASUAL ADDITION TO MUKILTEO TLDR: Entree's are great, lower your expectations for some of the sides. ENTREES: I... ordered the classic fried chicken sandwich, though I'm sure all the other fancy ones are delicious as well. The chicken wasmoist and well seasoned, the veggies were fresh and the bun flavorful. My only complaint is that there was almost no mayo, Iwould probably ask for extra next time. I also ordered fish and chips and fish was FANTASTIC. Well seasoned, flaky, thequintessential beer battered fish that puts the Ivar's fish bar to shame (although it is twice the price). The only thing tonote about the fish was I took it to-go and the bottom got a little soggy, but there's really nothing you can do about that. Thefries and tartar sauce that came with the fish were excellent, well seasoned and crispy fries and a nice pickle-ly tartarsauce. SIDES: As for the sides, the prices seemed quite low, so I expected to get a small amount of something good. What I gotwas a large amount of mediocre. The mashed potatoes were stodgy, clearly had been whipped instead of mashed which left themalmost gummy. They were still edible though under seasoned (2 Stars). The gravy was a little scary (0 stars), first of all itwas clearly broken so it shouldn't have been served at all, plus it was a pale shade of green. This surprised me until Irealized that it wasn't really gravy. It was chicken stock with herbs that had been thickened into gravy, but it was not a realgravy made with chicken drippings that you would expect. The mac and cheese was also a disappointment (1 star), it wasn't abaked mac and cheese or even a nice béchamel with cheese, it was a thin cream sauce with a little cheddar added. It was underseasoned and had a consistency that coats your whole mouth, almost inedible. The Chicken sandwiches we had were decent. Heavy on the breading though for my family's taste. On the flip side I ordered a... smoked chicken salad, ik sounds boring but it was amazing! Truly high-end food at great prices. It's Arnie's little sidekick on 2nd in Mukilteo. Best crunchy yet tender fish and... chips. So fresh. The salad has freshly grated parm on it... like a restaurant does and not a bagged salad. Definitely a musttry. My new regular. ENJOY! Read more

Buffalo Chicken Sandwich was the best chicken sandwich I've ever had, Caesar Salad was also excellent and the large was a huge... portion, Fries are delicious and also come with a very sizeable portion.
