Way overpriced! They made us pay for each taco sauce packet with our burritos. The coffee wasn't even very good, especially for... the price. It also took so long we had to get a later ferry. I understand it's close to the ferry, but it's not worth the waitor price. Read more

So... This place has changed a LOT in our 8 years in Muk. The turnover here is unbelievable. The coffee can be great or... terrible. It just depends. Dunno if it's ownership or employee issues but the past few years have been hit or miss. Read more

first the good for today: girl that was working was pleasant. now the bad: stand was very busy and understaffed, they needed... one more person in there because the line was long for one person. which is probably why my two coffees came out tasting likelukewarm water, and the wrong size. i was however charged appropriately, which i found odd. this isn?t the first time this hashappened at this stand, which i go to pretty frequently. Ordered a hot chocolate for my 5 year old. No whip because he gets it everywhere. He gave he cup to me and I looked inside and... saw chunky white thick stuff COVERING the straw and inside of cup. I?m a barista. I know this is curtled milk. Meaning someoneused heated, cooled down and then re hates milk for my sons drink. I had ordered a few drinks from here for my team. The drinks weren?t labeled at all and we couldn?t really figure who?s was... who?s. The snicker mocha tasted good but when ordered through Uber eats, there was a picture of an iced mocha but ended upgetting a hot cup. Not a big deal but just added another negative to the experience. Also order a breakfast burrito it tastedgood but the wrapping paper was stuck around the entire burrito and took some work to get it out of the wrapper. The ends on theburrito were super hard from microwaving as well. We did call the barista to see if she can help us figure out the drinksituation and for the most part she helped us get the drinks to the right person, but wasn?t apologetic or anything inparticular considering the situation. I believe this was the first time to get anything from Diedrich and from the feedback frommy team, it might be the last. I hope they can fix they minor issues. Read more
