This was not a good situation today. I have been to this location before and it used to be excellent, but just like many... restaurants lately who are dealing with low staff and other economic factors, the quality has gone WAY down and the prices havegone WAY up. Came for breakfast today with a friend. I ordered the North Beach breakfast. It's supposed to be a frittata withmushrooms, cheese, sundried tomatoes and artichoke hearts. Sounded delightful to me, I even asked our server if she recommendedit, she's a vegetarian, said it was great, OK then. I get the plate and didn't see any sundried tomatoes at all or artichokehearts. So, I picked through it a bit, there were none. I did see one tiny piece of chopped fresh tomato, but the only otheringredients I saw were mushrooms, onions and cheese. For nearly $18, I would not have ordered this with only those ingredients. So I said something, the server talks to the cook and comes back and tells me the cook said that there is sundried tomato init. I took my fork and tore the thing apart and asked if she saw anything. My friend is there too, I mean it just wasn'tthere. She took it away and they made it again. This time there were artichoke hearts and tomatoes, but they were freshtomatoes. There is a big difference between fresh and sundried tomatoes. I just ate it the way it was at that point. If theywere out of an ingredient, I would have respected it if they had just told me and I could have made a decision on what to havefrom there. Not cool. The bacon was good though. Read more

I have been to Other Patty?s restaurants and was so excited to take my parents for their first visit at the Mukilteo location. ... I have never expected the dismissive unwelcome treatment my folks and I received this morning waited . We went to a morewelcome Mukilteo Seedway Café , within less time as we sat waiting for Service at Pattys we had Menus coffee water order takenand a welcome smile and more coffee offered and poured with a smile in the whole waiting time at Patty?s? never again! I love this place!! Amazing eggs Benedict and the Dixie Chicks breakfast. Our waitress was wonderful. We came in around 1130 on... a Tuesday. She was running the show all by herself. She had 10 tables, us included, that?s not including the pickup orders thatcame in as well. She was very polite even given some of the rude customers who clearly had the entitlement of a mediocre whiteman and couldn?t recognize this woman was doing everything possible to provide them with service. I've been going here since they took over this building which used to be alfys. But the food has totally changed & made as cheep... as possible. The owner only hires woman waitresses (out of the mouth of 2 former employees). He sits at the end of the counter &actually tells the cooks (that's 2 big or make sure u charge for sides of anything (even a tiny sour cream). Sadly we don't gohere anymore at all ever & never again! It's sad because the Belgium waffle with strawberries & the delicious whipped cream wasthe best on the west coast but now u get 15 strawberries and a tiny whipped cream when u order to go. I wish money wasn't the1st thing on the owners mind because we would spend more if he was nice 2 his regulars & still followed his menu from2010-2018. 07/15/2021. 10 Am. Food was satisfactory at best. Device was the worst service I ever experienced. Our server spent more time... on her phone then her customers. I had to remind her sbout our coffee. Then after our meal came, I asked her for some ketchup. She was back on her phone which tells me she totally forgot about our ketchup. I had to get up and ask the other server for theketchup. I wanted to tell our server less phone more making sure Her customers are taken care of. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Read more

Yikes, what an experience. Apparently they had a cook out on a Sunday so instead of seating people they made us wait by the... front door until the kitchen wasn't so backed up. We were the first to wait. They told us 10-15 minutes but it was at least 25.No idea why they couldn't just seat us and ask us to wait when half the tables were open. We saw several families walk up to thedoor and then leave when they saw everyone standing around. When we were finally seated we had to wait another 10 minutes justfor drink orders, people that had come in after us got theirs first. Food came out super quick (and super mediocre) so at leastthere was that? The biggest issue I had was the owner sitting at the counter and distracting/ogling his staff while they hadtables to get to. I hope he's not as inappropriate as it looked from where I was a table away. We stay in Mukilteo often, nexttime we'll just do breakfast at the hotel. Read more
